Long Trips with Little Ones – an impossibly?
Prior to the arrival of their first child, Leanne Robinson and her spouse Dwayne Wohlgemuth had paddled and hiked several multi-month trips throughout the Northwest Territories. When their son arrived, they decided not to let something as small as a toddler stop them. In 2016, they, and their 1 year old completed a 1100km, 2 month journey.
They now have two little ones, both whom were taken on multi-day canoe trips before the age of two months, they are dreaming of how and where they will teach their second child, Alexi, to walk.
Join us at the library for an entertaining and informative talk about long canoe trips with little ones.
