Prepare dough for bread, rolls, sweet goods, batters for muffins, and cookies.  Bake mixed dough and batters, Prepare special orders, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas, Operate machinery, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Provide customer service, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Address customers' complaints or concerns,
