Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS system to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and quality control.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and ability to mix and serve alcoholic beverages is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train staff members.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Qualifications
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
