Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate POS system to process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and ability to mix and serve alcoholic beverages is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train staff members.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
