In the fast growing city of Yellowknife, there's a place that you can call Home. From three locations, Midwest Property Management offers a range of possibilities in the heart of downtown Yellowknife. Consider one of our fully furnished suites, or choose from a selection of modern unfurnished apartments. One and two three bedroom units are available close to all of the amenities.
You will be based out of the Fraser Arms property, but responsible for all 3 sites.
This is a regular full-time position involving general suite maintenance. Along with your excellent customer service skills, you will have excellent knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills, and mechanical experience. Seasonally related duties are also required in this role. This position reports to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Must be available for on call rotation and have own vehicle.
Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills, and boiler maintenance experience. Previous residential maintenance experience is preferred; full training provided.
