This position is responsible for the coordination of all conference facility events and bookings. The Conference Coordinator works with all NFS Conference Services clients to manage facility bookings, coordinate catering, and maintain conference facility inventory.

Duties

The Conference Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and management of the NFS conference room facilities and assets. This includes all audio-video equipment, furniture, and other related items.

In addition, the Conference Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of Conference Assistant and all events taking place in the NFS conference facilities, including all client communications, all conference room setup, clean up and event management issues and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be highly organized and self-directed with event planning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills.  Familiarity with Sage50 software is an asset.
