Regular maintenance of residential heating and plumbing systems

diagnose and repair building systems

Work with the team to complete a wide variety of tasks

perform daily building checks

perform preventative repairs

Successful candidate must have

Ticket in OBM or Plumbing or Housing Maintainer

5 or more years experience with residential building systems

Oil fire furnace and boiler experience is critical

Valid NWT drivers licence

Able to perform physical labour in any weather

Be part of an on call system and perform afterhours work
