Century 21 Prospect Realty is a growing real estate brokerage in need of a highly organized office manager to oversee our office operations.  The right candidate will help us maintain our high standards of service and help us grow our company in the years to come.



  • Input and maintain our growing inventory of real estate listings across multiple online platforms
  • Provide admin services to licensed Realtor sub-contractors as directed by the managing broker and as outlined in their independent contractor agreements
  • Reception coverage including answering phones, handling inquires and greeting guests
  • Supervise admin support staff
  • Provide administrative assistance to the managing broker as needed
  • Social media marketing, posting and monitoring
  • Accounts payable and other bookkeeping assistance
  • Review files, file documentation and input transactions into specialized software
  • Adhere to deadlines, prioritize tasks daily and communicate updates
  • Plan and organize annual office events
  • General office upkeep, preventative maintenance, management of cleaning, landscaping and other contractors
  • Banking, mail pick up and sorting, land title searches
  • Maintain multiple calendars of deadlines, schedules and tasks
  • Maintain office efficiency using established office systems, policies & procedures


  • 5 years + office administration experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with SAGE, Quickbooks or other bookkeeping software
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision
