 Profit Centre Administration

Duties

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reception – answering phones, assisting customers, message taking
  • General Filing and shipping feedback
  • Managing cash floats, deposits, and cash sale transactions
  • Accounts receivable/payable
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Assisting customers at the counter as required
  • Uphold Emco Core Values at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum grade 12 education with at least one year of general office admin experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Work well in a team based environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to prioritize work projects and multitask
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build good relations with customers, vendors and teammates
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A class 5 driver’s license is required.
