RESIDENT CARE TEAM LEADER (RCTL) – Casual
Reporting to the Care Supervisor, the Resident Care Team Leader (RCTL) is primarily responsible for ensuring all resident care requirements are carried out and met in a safe, timely and effective manner within the parameters of AVENS – A Community for Seniors policies and procedures, legislated requirements, and accreditation and professional standards of care. This includes supervision of Resident Care staff.
Education and Experience Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (RNANT/NU)
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience as an RN
Experience working with an elderly population and individuals with dementia is preferred
Must be able to obtain, provide and maintain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check

PENSION PLAN: Casual position, not eligible
