We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Water Restoration Technician, entry level
2. General + Demolition Labourer, entry level
3. Carpenter's helper, entry level

About Us: We are a full service property restoration company with a network of 90+ locations across Canada, and growing. We are locally owned and operated, and specialize in water damage; fire and smoke restoration services; mould abatement; asbestos abatement; sewer backups; and provide reconstruction services. Our location services Northwest Territories and some communities in Nunavut as well.

 

Duties

The role will be primarily responsible for water, sewer, and fire stabilization services, and for the demolition and cleanup phase of properties that have experienced damage. As well this role will include helping with general construction duties.

General Responsibilities and Performance Expectations will include:
● Using equipment to extract water
● Decontaminate building materials
● Set up drying equipment
● Maintain and clean equipment
● Collecting samples, organizing and stocking supplies
● Perform tear outs and site cleaning
● Help skilled tradespeople as necessary
● General cleaning
● General labour
● Uphold all company policies and procedures; including OHS
● Able to work well in team environments as well as independently
● Uphold positive business image at all times
● Provide excellent customer service at all times

 

Qualifications

Are you “The Right Person?" The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player who demonstrates leadership and excellent communication with a strong desire to advance their career. A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract is required, and ability to lift up to 60 lb. On-call rotational shifts are required for emergency response during after hours, as well
as the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
