Description
The Ticketing Manager is responsible for all back-of-house and front-of-house ticket service needs including managing the front gate, all ticketing sales from start to finish, working with our ticketing provider as needed and managing ticketing and sales inventories.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the Folk On The Rocks (FOTR) Point of Sales system and Eventbrite ticketing system;
- Manage guest lists and compensated tickets;
- Manage and track all ticket sales;
- Manage ordering and organization of wristbands and coordinate with marketing and production teams for onsite identification needs;
- Coordinate identification security plan with Production Manager and Security Teams;
- Coordinate and manage the Ticketing Volunteer Team;
- Organize the onsite ticketing process;
- Ensure the safety and security of the ticketing area; and
- Greet festival attendees in a warm and friendly manner.
Qualifications
Applicants should have strong organizational, math, and people skills. Experience in events, sales and customer service is preferable.
